PanamaSea Studios LLC eSIM is designed to help you purchase mobile data access without creating a traditional account, login, or long-term customer profile. This policy explains what information is involved, why it exists, and how we design the service to reduce unnecessary data and metadata wherever reasonably possible.

Our privacy approach
Privacy is built into the way the service is designed, not added later as a feature.
PanamaSea Studios LLC eSIM is built around a simple idea: create less unnecessary data, retain less information, reduce identity exposure, and keep systems separated wherever possible.
Instead of requiring a traditional account, your purchase is accessed through a generated Order ID. This helps us provide access to your eSIM details without creating a username, password, profile, or account history.
Behind the scenes, payment confirmation, fulfillment, and eSIM delivery are handled by backend systems. The frontend does not decide whether an eSIM is fulfilled. Fulfillment only happens after payment has been verified by backend-controlled processes.
How the service works
PanamaSea Studios LLC operates as a storefront and reseller/access layer for eSIM plans.
PanamaSea Studios LLC does not provide mobile network connectivity directly. Connectivity is delivered through third-party network partners and provider infrastructure associated with the plan you purchase.
PanamaSea Studios LLC handles the ordering experience, payment status, Order ID access, dashboard retrieval, and presentation of eSIM installation details when available.
Access to your purchase is tied to your Order ID rather than an account, login, email address, phone number, or persistent customer profile.
Information we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to process, fulfill, and support an eSIM order.
- Order ID (cryptographically generated high-entropy UUID)
- Selected destination and plan reference
- Transaction and payment status
- Fulfillment status, such as preparing, ready, delayed, or failed
- eSIM installation data, such as QR/manual installation details, when the provider makes them available
- Provider fulfillment references needed to manage the order internally
- Support messages if you choose to contact us
- Optional reply email if you want us to respond to support
We do not ask users to create a PanamaSea eSIM account in order to buy or access an eSIM.
Information we do not use to build profiles
The platform is intentionally designed to provide service without turning customers into long-term tracked identities.
PanamaSea Studios LLC is designed so customers can purchase and access eSIMs without creating a traditional account. Because access is centered around a cryptographically generated Order ID rather than a profile, the platform does not need to build long-term customer identities in order to provide service.

- No customer profile built across purchases by default
- No behavioral advertising trackers on the platform
- No analytics cookies used for profiling users
- No device fingerprinting system
- No cross-product customer tracking profile
- No use of Order ID access to create behavioral histories
IP addresses and abuse prevention
IP-related protections are security controls, not profiling systems.
PanamaSea Studios LLC does not use IP addresses to build customer profiles, advertising profiles, or behavioral histories.
Some technical systems may temporarily process request information to protect the platform from fraud, abuse, payment attacks, automated enumeration attempts, or operational issues.
Where possible, these protections are designed to avoid creating long-term identity records while still allowing the platform to remain secure and reliable.
Cookies and tracking
PanamaSea Studios LLC eSIM does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, device fingerprinting scripts, or behavioral analytics cookies on its platform.
Some third-party services, such as payment processors, may use cookies, fraud prevention tools, or session mechanisms when you interact with their payment flow. Those tools are controlled by the third-party provider, not PanamaSea Studios LLC.
We do not use third-party payment session data to create PanamaSea Studios LLC customer profiles or behavioral histories.
Access to your order
Your Order ID is the access credential for your purchase. It is generated using cryptographically secure randomness (high-entropy UUID generation). Because there is no traditional account system, you are responsible for saving your Order ID after purchase.
If you lose your Order ID, PanamaSea Studios LLC may not be able to recover your order because the system is intentionally designed without default account-based recovery, email login, or phone-number recovery.
Public Order ID lookup is protected by high-entropy identifiers, backend abuse controls, and rate-limiting protections against automated enumeration attempts.
Unpaid or abandoned orders
If an order is abandoned before payment is completed, no eSIM is provisioned. Unpaid pending orders may expire or be marked as failed/cancelled automatically.
If payment is successfully completed and verified by backend systems, the order can be fulfilled and later accessed using the Order ID.
Support and contact data
Support data is only collected when you submit it. We do not use support contact to create long-term customer profiles.
If you contact us about an eSIM order, we may ask for your Order ID so we can locate the order and review its status.
If you provide a reply email, it is used to respond to your request and is handled under the same data minimization and retention principles as the rest of the platform.
Data retention
We keep operational data only for limited service, support, refund, security, or legal needs.
- Standard platform retention target: 90 days
- Automatic cleanup after the retention period where applicable
- No manual retention extensions as a normal operating model
- No long-term customer profile created from retained order data
Some third-party providers, network partners, or payment processors may apply their own retention periods, legal obligations, fraud-prevention requirements, or operational records outside PanamaSea Studios LLC's direct control.
Third-party services
PanamaSea Studios LLC currently supports PayPal to provide a familiar and convenient payment experience. Additional payment options, including cryptocurrency-based payments, may be added in the future, subject to implementation and legal/operational requirements.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. These providers may process transaction data, payment session data, fraud prevention signals, and reliability checks under their own policies.
PanamaSea Studios LLC does not store full payment card information and does not use third-party payment data to create accounts, profiles, or behavioral histories within our platform.
Mobile connectivity is delivered through third-party network partners and provider infrastructure. These systems may process information required to provide service, such as activation, routing, network usage, plan delivery, or regional compliance information.
PanamaSea Studios LLC does not control or retain network-level usage records from connectivity providers.
Plans that require verification
Some destinations, plans, or network providers may require additional verification because of local telecommunications rules or provider requirements.
Where possible, verification requirements should be handled directly by the provider rather than PanamaSea Studios LLC collecting and storing sensitive identity documents.
If a plan cannot fit the no-account, minimal-data access model, PanamaSea Studios LLC may restrict, hide, or decline to offer that plan through the storefront.
Infrastructure and hosting
PanamaSea Studios LLC selects infrastructure environments based on security, operational reliability, privacy posture, and data protection considerations.
Core infrastructure is being deployed using Swiss-based cloud infrastructure regions where applicable, including AWS infrastructure selected for its Switzerland region availability.
Infrastructure location is only one part of the privacy model. Privacy is also enforced through system design, data minimization, encryption, access restriction, backend validation, retention controls, and separation between systems.
Some supporting services, payment processors, network partners, domain/DNS systems, content delivery systems, or operational providers may operate in other jurisdictions depending on the service being used.
Security
All data processed by PanamaSea Studios LLC, including operational data, is intended to be protected in transit and at rest using industry-standard cryptographic protections.
Data tier classification determines what data is allowed to exist, not whether it is protected. Encryption is applied broadly to reduce breach impact and prevent unintended correlation or misuse.
The platform is designed so payment verification, fulfillment, provider communication, and order state changes happen through backend-controlled systems rather than trusting the browser to decide whether an eSIM should be delivered.
The system is designed to minimize stored data, reduce unnecessary metadata, limit access, and separate operational systems where reasonably possible.
Data minimization by design
PanamaSea Studios LLC is built on the principle that if data is not required for operation, it should not be collected, retained, or tied to a person.
This is why the service is built around Order ID access, backend-verified fulfillment, limited retention, separated systems, and reduced metadata creation wherever reasonably possible.
We believe privacy should be part of the system architecture, not only a statement in a policy.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as PanamaSea Studios LLC eSIM evolves, as provider integrations change, or as infrastructure and operational practices mature. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
