Order IDs are intentionally designed to be difficult to guess, and public order retrieval is protected through backend abuse controls.

The Order ID is currently the only customer retrieval method supported for accessing order status and installation details.

You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM and that your device is compatible with the plan you intend to use.

PanamaSea Studios LLC is not responsible for failed use caused by unsupported, incompatible, locked, or improperly configured devices.

Plan availability, supported countries, supported networks, pricing, and technical behavior may vary depending on provider catalogs, destination, and local network conditions.

Plan availability and provider catalogs may change over time. Coverage, speeds, supported networks, and availability depend on provider infrastructure and local network conditions.

PanamaSea Studios LLC cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in every location, on every device, or at every time.

Purchasing an eSIM does not automatically provision service. Payment must first be verified by backend-controlled systems.

eSIM fulfillment occurs only after successful payment verification. Browser or client-side actions alone cannot trigger fulfillment.

PanamaSea Studios LLC reserves the right to delay or reject fulfillment when payment verification fails, cannot be completed, or appears inconsistent with platform controls.

Orders abandoned before payment completion may expire automatically and may be marked as unpaid, failed, or cancelled.

Unpaid orders are not fulfilled. Payment confirmation is required before eSIM provisioning begins.

Customers should not assume an unpaid order can be recovered at a later time.

Some countries, providers, or plans may require additional verification or may be subject to restrictions before use.

Where a plan is not compatible with PanamaSea Studios LLC's no-account purchase flow, PanamaSea Studios LLC may restrict, block, or decline to offer that plan.

Delivery of eSIM details may be instant or delayed depending on payment confirmation, provider response, availability, or operational review.

PanamaSea Studios LLC does not guarantee immediate fulfillment in every case. Delays may occur when provider systems, payment systems, or external infrastructure require additional time.

Activation timing, validity period, coverage, speed, and service quality depend on the specific plan and the provider infrastructure supporting it.

PanamaSea Studios LLC is not responsible for interruptions, degraded performance, or service limitations caused by network conditions, provider systems, device issues, regional restrictions, or user configuration errors.

PanamaSea Studios LLC may restrict, suspend, cancel, or refuse transactions where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, misuse of the service, payment issues, or attempts to interfere with platform operation.

Use of the service for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activity, or conduct that violates applicable provider or network rules is prohibited.

PanamaSea Studios LLC currently supports PayPal to provide a familiar and convenient payment experience. Additional payment methods, including cryptocurrency-based payments, may be added in the future.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. These providers may apply their own transaction, fraud, and reliability controls under their own policies.

Connectivity is delivered through third-party network partners and provider infrastructure. PanamaSea Studios LLC does not control all downstream provider operations or network-level conditions.

PanamaSea Studios LLC is not responsible for failures, delays, interruptions, or limitations caused by those external systems.

Users may contact support regarding purchases, fulfillment status, or operational issues.

Order IDs may be required to locate and review an order. Support access does not create a traditional account relationship.

Backend systems validate payment before fulfillment. The platform does not rely on browser-side actions alone to approve provisioning.

Data is protected in transit and at rest using industry-standard cryptographic safeguards.

The architecture is designed to minimize unnecessary data creation and retention, with separation between systems to reduce exposure and operational risk.
