Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to eSIM data plans sold through PanamaSea Studios LLC. PanamaSea Studios LLC operates as a storefront, reseller, fulfillment, and access platform for eSIM plans.

eSIM products are digital services. Refund eligibility depends on fulfillment status, activation status, provider records, and order conditions.

If mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your jurisdiction, those laws may override parts of this policy.

PanamaSea Studios LLC aims to provide a fair refund process while balancing the realities of digital eSIM provisioning. Because many eSIM products can be delivered quickly and cannot always be returned once activated, refund decisions may depend on fulfillment status, activation status, and provider records.

How fulfillment works

eSIM fulfillment only occurs after payment verification. Verification is performed by backend-controlled systems.

Fulfillment does not occur simply because a customer reaches a success page. This helps prevent fraud, abuse, and accidental provisioning.

When refunds may be available

  • Payment completed but fulfillment failed
  • Duplicate charges for the same purchase
  • Technical provisioning failure caused by platform systems
  • Incorrect fulfillment caused by PanamaSea Studios LLC systems
  • Other situations reviewed individually by support

Each request is reviewed case by case. Submission of a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

When refunds may not be available

  • eSIM successfully provisioned and delivered
  • eSIM already installed or activated
  • Data usage already occurred
  • Incorrect plan selected by the customer
  • Network coverage expectations that were clearly disclosed beforehand
  • Circumstances controlled by third-party networks after successful provisioning

Unpaid or abandoned orders

Orders abandoned before payment completion are not fulfilled.

Unpaid orders may expire automatically according to platform rules.

No refund is necessary when no completed transaction occurred.

Third-party network providers

PanamaSea Studios LLC operates as a storefront, reseller, fulfillment, and access platform. Connectivity is delivered through third-party network partners.

Provider-specific restrictions, delivery states, and operational constraints may affect refund eligibility.

Each case may require individual review.

Order ID and support

Order IDs are used to locate purchases and related records.

There is no traditional account system. Customers should save their Order ID after purchase.

Order IDs may be required during refund investigations and support review.

Refund window

Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Replacement vs refund

In some cases, a replacement or correction may be offered instead of a refund, particularly when the issue can be resolved without issuing a refund.

How refund requests are reviewed

Submit a request through the contact page with only the information needed to review the request.

Support may review order status, fulfillment records, payment status, and provider responses. Review does not guarantee approval.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method used for the purchase whenever reasonably possible.

For purchases made through PayPal, approved refunds are generally issued back through PayPal and the original payment source associated with the transaction.

Refund processing times may vary depending on PayPal, banks, card issuers, financial institutions, and other payment providers. PanamaSea Studios LLC does not control how quickly third-party payment providers complete the refund process after a refund has been issued.

Refund Review Timeline

Once a refund request is received, PanamaSea Studios LLC will generally begin reviewing the request within 24–48 hours.

Additional review time may be required depending on order status, fulfillment records, provider responses, payment verification, or other operational considerations.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed based on the circumstances of the order and the terms of this Refund Policy.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of PanamaSea Studios LLC in limited circumstances but are not guaranteed.

External dependencies

Refund outcomes may depend on provider systems, payment processors, and order state. PanamaSea Studios LLC does not control all external systems involved.
